Soooooo YAY!! I heard from my man =) his 6 hour flight went well, and we actually got to video chat during his 4 hour layover in leprechaun land. =) It was so great, and I'm so glad!!
Video chat, although AMAZING can be frustrating at times.... More so on his side, but his screen freezes up all the time, usually I can hear him ok, but his face will freeze a lot of times. As I said goodbye to him, my last image of his sweet face was such a classic... So I had to take a picture of it.
THEN!! I got a call tonight around 9:30 (4:30 his time) and he had finally made it safely to his destination, where he will be staying for a few days, then heading to his base. He said he's only slept like 6 hours in the past 2 days, he said there's a Starbucks where he is, that's 24 hours woooo! AND he was walking around a little mouse ran into his foot and it "looked up at me begging for it's life, that's what it looked like, and it was so cute, and I wanted to keep it, but I didn't, and it scurried away. It was tan and I named it Fifelachary" (direct quote, mind you).
SOOOOOOOO, I hope he gets the chance to get some sleeps soon, b/c 2 days with barely any sleep can't be that healthy.
Oh yeah... Remember The Midge??? Well, she's like all grown up now, and it's awesome. We love her.
